I just moved to Providence. Any suggestions of places to go off road? Do any of the beaches allow vehicles?

there is a lot of place in burrillville thats where my gf lives ... I dont offroad in my nee truck but if you would like i can meet you up there and give you at tour !

The dude that runs F150nation is from Cranston, I'd keep an eye on that page... He usually does something once or twice a year. I recently moved back to NJ, good luck finding some meets up there.
