I don't know of any here in Orange county but there are a few big speed shops in lower NJ. There is a local shop around me that has a in floor dyno but I haven't been there> yet

Horsepower by Herman and Racecraft speed and 4X4 are a couple I've heard of but don't know much about.

They're not really F-150 specific, but they'll do what they can do.
