Im up for a meet but 06 and Sean I finally got my lift on and I was going to stack the front hellbent steel with an add a leaf in the rear but a friend mentioned a reverse shackle and remove the block. What do you recommend?

we going wheeling in rhode island. Were meeting at 1030 at lisbon walmart on saturday morning.

Damn if I didnt have to work on my truck on saturday I would be there in a heartbeat...what part of RI do you go to? Right over the border in the Beach Pond area?

Nahh i wouldnt remove the block..only way to remove the block would be if you got all new rear leaf springs. A reverse shackle isnt going to give you the same lift as the block. I think the fabtech block is 4". I would say go ahead and add the AAL and front level spacer. You might want to wait till you get the bigger tires though. Also, I would get a 2" spacer that way you can keep your CV angles at a respectable angle and prevent future problems. Max would be 2.5". You might be able to fit 3" spacer but itll be rough to reinstall and the control arm will most likely hit the coil spring. After you add the 2" spacer you can fit 37" tires no problem. Im at 8" of lift and my 37's clear no problem.

I think money wise I'm going to stick with 35s though I remember at sonics you mentioned your bumping up to 37s

How's it goin everyone, new the area Woodstock to be exact. Got out of the Army last week and moved here! From Mass originally but I got a good deal on a house and decided CT it was.
Hopefully I'll be able to make the next meet up or something.
