Default SoCal Labor Estimates

What would you say the average labor costs are to install pre-mounted wheels/tires?

I live on a hill with no garage or driveway, so doing it myself might be a little sketchy. I'm just trying to figure out the best way to go about it.

While were at it, what would you estimate the cost of installing a front level would be (independent of wheel/tire labor)?
