Right on man, like I said, a buddy I went to school with works there, I've never had any work done by them, but i've seen pictures and heard nothing but good. Hope everything works out good!

Kool Karz or Offroad Outlaws do a good job with bedliners.. Not sure what they would quote you on.
EDIT:
I have a white truck, there wasn't any black spots from the spray liner whatsoever. Looks great!
