It's a HID retrofit service based out of Newmarket, Ontario.
Has anyone here used/heard of them?

Thanks for the replies.
I did a Google search and reviews seemed to be positive but was looking for another point of view. Over the phone prices are about $600-650 for lights and install but you provide the headlights to be modified.
I'm going to look a little further into this once I nail down prices on decent quality materials. Not sure at this point what brand of bulbs, ballasts etc that he's using.
I'll post back up when I have more details about pricing

All I can say is I can't recommend him to anyone else.
The $650 installed price is using GermanTech components.
I've never heard of them either but a quick Google search shows the whole kit for sale on Ebay for $55. He swears that the Morimoto components I specified are "garbage"
