Hey...glad to hear from ya!! Congrats on the new rig!! Mine has no issue with the truck confusing the light bar for a trailer. Possibly something quirky with the new Generation F150's?

Yeah with the new guys I've been hearing most have to tie into the taillights. I've been looking into tailgate bars and was going to do Opt7s but after a recent issue and finding how horrifying their support is I'm looking for someone else! Maryland snow removal is basically if there is more than a .001% chance of snow, then they lay about an inch of salt on the road before hand.... so whether it snows or its just rain theirs just salt everywhere.

I've had zero issues with my Putco bar, besides replacing the cheap inline fuse holder with an enclosed heavy duty one. We get lots of salt and sand here in winter, that gets built up around there. Had the heavy duty fuse holder now for a year and not one issue this past winter. It kept shorting out and stopping working when the old holder got gunk and stuff in there.
