yea use it ....just make sure you keep lubrication on your paint
and keep clay bar clean ...you dont need the whole bar rip it in half
do top 3/4 of truck then the bottom so bar stays cleaner longer
took me about 1 hr to do supercrew with 6.5 bed check out clay bar on youtube if your not sure
hope this helps you

I used it on my ranger. Claybar, rinse, wax took me 5 hours. I have not done it to my f150 yet.

lubrication is key, like they said. I would wax right away as it takes it right down to the clearcoat.

I use the light claybar from Chemical Guys Canada along with their Lube...lube is the key. Don't let it dry out. I know some people use just soap and water for lube but the soap breaks down the claybar. I've done a full detail on my 2018 and enjoy doing it.

I've used Mother's and Meguiars in the past with no issues.

Have fun!

I've used this on my (traded in) Dart when it was new:

The spray makes for an awesome lube base. The paint was SOOOOO smooth after doing this!

I'll have to do the new truck sometime when it's not 44 degrees out. lol

I did my whole truck with 1/2 a bar and 1/2 the spray bottle that came with the mother’s kit. Took all of the yellow rust blemishes off my white truck that had built up over 5 years. Made the paint look brand new. Take your time and like the other guys say if you drop it toss it out. Kit comes with 2 bars and you can cut them both in 1/2 giving you 4 clay bar jobs.
