I’m not entirely sure what you are asking.
FORSCAN is not a program for tuning. At least I’ve never heard anyone using it that way.
If you are going through the trouble of adding a turbo or supercharger to a 5.0L truck that you spent up to and including 60,000 you should visit a proper tuning shop where it can be tuned on a dyno.
