Has anyone tried the Zex performance spark plug? I'm assuming they will not last as long as most since they are made to give better performance but I'm wondering if anyone has tried them. They are sold in a kit of 8 for $69.99

 

If you like to experiment go for it but for the same money you can get the proven real thing. as far as performance goes I doubt if you will gain any by installing a "performance" plug. I have never heard of them but I sure got my A** burned on a set of E3 so called perfomance plugs so Ill just wait and see some real world numbers befor I buy another perfomance plug.

 

I totally agree I will most likely stick with the OEM. I really am interested in the $18 silver plugs seeing how silver is more conductive and all but that's just too much money to not be sure about something

 

What exactly was your outcome of the E3's?

 

I'd stick with the motorcraft unless you have reasons to get something different (forced induction, ect...)
