ok, I'll try unhooking the ground from the battery and put it on the bolt with the other one I have hooked up. I will do that tomorrow after work and post what happens then.

gonna have to say use the search function, I can tell you there are at least two other HID threads exactly like this, I have posted on both of them.

note not found in the old threads:
a new style of HID ballast has been produced in the last month or two to fix this issue it used two seperate harnesses instead of one. not many dealers have it, I know of one, PM for more info.

sent the company an email on Sunday, just got a response today stating they dont check that email anymore. directly me to the support part of their site to submit a customer service ticket. only thing is that part of the website doesnt even work. this is **** poor customer service on this companies part and I would not recommend them to anyone.

btw, i had submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago about something else while their site was still working. and no response from it yet either.

finally got ahold of the ddm tech support, and he just tells me to troubleshoot it off their website. for some reason its not working on my computer and the guy proceeds to tell me that is not his problem.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DDM TUNING

i would ask for their manager and just bug the heck out of them, eventually they will be tired of you and just give you what you want
