Default Yes, another brake thread

Ever since I put 33's on my truck I have not been happy with the braking performance. I currently have stock rotors and Wagner TQ on the front. Still have original pads and rotors on the rear.

What do you guys think would be the most cost effective solution to make it better. I'm not interested in throwing a bunch of money at this getting the latest drilled/slotted rotors (I would like some though!), but wondered if just some different pads would provide a better bite. My fluid is good. I swap that out every year anyway. With all the guys here with big tires, this must have happened to you too. What did you guys do? Thanks for any info you can provide.

Power Stop has drilled and slotted rotors for about $100 per axle throw in new pads and your right around $300 for front and rear

I've been very happy with Power Stop OEK kit. OE rotors and ceramic pads. I put over 300 mi a day on my truck so drilled was not an option. They are loud and wear pads quicker. Its the trade off for more bite and better cooling
