Default Xd monster?

I'm asking a question for a friend. He wants to know if there is any pros/cons about getting xd monsters 18x9 because of the 2 different bolt patterns on the rim?

Dual bolt pattern rims are common. There is no down side to having rims with dual or more bolt patterns unless they are cheap rims, in which case you shouldn't be buying them anyways.

So I just stopped by a tire kingdom to look at these rims on the display. Are the center caps supposed to flimsy and flex back & forth?

Center caps are just to cover the lug nuts. They make no difference. That being said they should still be bolted/clipped firmly to the wheel and should not move easily when properly installed.
