I like those flat ones, do you go directly through Ford to get them?

I have the stock FORD running boards on my SCREWCAB. And they are horrible in the winter...the hard rubber is super slippy when there is snow.

I've slipped a few times trying to use them. I am going to try pull the plastic off and coat them with a traction surface like truck bed liner or that stuff they paint steps with.

No they do not bend rated at 300 pounds, they are 4" steps.
