It's a good thing you don't live in Las Vegas. 50% of the drivers don't have insurance. Many of these fine citizens don't even have a license plate. How the police don't see them is a mystery.

Appreciate it! Funny thing is, it took her insurance company 2 weeks to accept liability when the police report clearly stated that she was at fault! Then the body shop, Vinn's Paint & Body in Beaumont, tx, only took 5 days to fix it!
