Is he correct? I think that would be louder than the roush
Oh it would have been a hell of a lot louder than the Roush. Maybe he just wasnt a fan of the magnapacks or something because guys have run that before and been okay.

Thats a good idea...go with what you want. You'll be happier that way and will only have yourself to blame if you dont like it.

Yea exactly. The roush would sound good with the cats fixed but the true dual system would sound much better and more of what I'm lookin for

i might just cut off my back cats and clamp a piece of pipe there (keep them for inspection time and pop them back on) and just leave the front cats. to my understanding that ive been reading, the front cats flow as well as high flows (i guess bc theyre not as big or restrictive)

Well I cut off the rear cats and it's a lot louder! I'm pretty happy with it so far. Someday down the road I may have the fronts deleted and put high flows in, possibly true duals but I can't spend the money right now

Hollowing out your rear cats and adding a O2 simulator will make it nice and loud with no cel. You won't pass emissions though. I have done this and you can smell the exhaust quite a bit. Sweet music though, and everyone stops and listens when you drive by.

The front cats you mean? My truck had 4 cats and I took the rears off. I'm keeping them though bc I need emissions and will put em back on come time for that. I looked through them and you could see a little pin hole of light that's how restrictive they are. And I don't have a cel, so I'm good to go! I heard a truck on YouTube with roush off road and no cats and it sounded like it would bite your face off, I just don't wanna get pulled over and get caught since that's highly illegal hahah
