Im wiring interior floor lights and need to know what wire to tap into so they come on when i open my doors??

2006 lariat super cab 4x4

You'll need to remove the door panel to locate the door switch; use a volt/ohm meter to determine hot lead when doors are open, then tap your interior floor lights wiring to it.
