hey
at first my wipers would only go up a couple inches and then stop and then recently stop moving completely. I replaced the motor and the wipers still don't move. i checked the fuse in the fuse panel and its fine. just wondering what else it could be and how to check it.

 

Is there a wiper relay ?? I assume you checked the linkage when you replaced the motor..
