I use this too and it works really well. It fades a little after sitting for a night but it still looks way better than it did and hasn't washed off with rain. It made my wiper cowl look amazingly better

Bought this yesterday also after seeing the thread. The Turtle wax trim restorer isn't bad. Gives a nice slick wet look, made my BakFlip G2 look incredible!!! Yes I did the entire thing. You have to be careful though, use too much liquid, and you'll end up with run lines and stripes that become difficult to smooth out.

This is the only stuff that I use now. HATE back to black or other armor all products. The turtle trim restore works great just follow the directions and wipe it down a second time with a dry towel the second day and it'll look really nice and not overly greasy.

And I'm going back outside to wipe it down right now!

Nice. Never thought about using anything other than Armoall, but would like to use something on my Roll-N-Lock bedcover. It's the only thing that isn't 100% shiny after a wash. Might try Turtle Trim.....

I used it on my BakFlip and its an incredible transformation. No before pics, but these are about an hour after application. Not the greatest pics, but I'll guarantee that for $10 I had no problem with just trying it out. You should do the same, just do it in the sun. Helps to keep it from clumping or running. Good luck. Make sure to post pics if you do it!

I just got my '04 Scab FX4 about 2 months ago...Dealer had it prepped nice, all the plastic looked great for about 2 weeks, then it started to look like crap...Spent $40 on different prods to restore, tried them on different parts, applied several times (every 2 weeks), tried the heat gun thing, and again they looked like do do...All a crock fix, it won't last unless you park your truck in a garage and don't take it out...

Yesterday I did what is as close to a permanent fix as can be done to to bed rails.... Replaced 'em with NEW OEM ones !!!! Both sides and the tailgate trim shipped for less than $200, took less than 2 hours including taking my Tonneau off, would have been less than an hour without it

No more aggravation, no more hours with goo, no more McGuire's running down the paint, no worries about paint peeling fading or scuffing...Just some UV preventative wipe down every now and then...

One of the better ideas I've had in a while !!!! I've already got the door handles (A little over $40 ) and just ordered the tailgate handle ($22)...I'm not sure about the fender flairs or step rails yet...One day at a time...

I used it about 3 months ago and it's still holding up better than anything I've used in the past. I've only noticed the Cowl starting to fade a bit. I don't think it will hold up to the advertised 2 years, but a good 8-12 months sure beat every other week.

Instead of painting my trim I used duplicolor bed armor spray. wokred like a champ and looks great

TUF Shine
I used their tire clearcoat and their black restore on the rubber and plastic around the windows, door handles, side mirrors, and bed rail caps.

Put it on a month or more ago and it is still looking good. It doesn't collect dust like the armor all typ stuff. It is actually colored coating that adheres to the surfaces.

However, it needs to be cleaned with their cleaning product first. It will remove grim, silicone, etc to give a nice clean surface. It is a process and takes time but the stuff is staying on so far. I've washed it a couple times by hand and it looks great.

There are a few spots on the bed rails and window trim that need a bit of a touch up. But it's not really noticable unless you are looking for it.

Getting ready to do the wife's Expedition.
