Default Windshield Washer Pump?

Hey guys,

I was on a road trip the other day and as we were going along my windshield washer fluid quit spraying. It didn't like die off at once, it slowly started to have less pressure, and then quit. What could possibly be wrong? My friend who is big into cars and works on his saab all the time said it might be a messed up hose and we checked them but that didn't seem to be the problem. I think its the pump but don't know for sure. Any suggestions?

this is an honest question, just wanting to make sure: Did you top off the fluid?

I anticipated this question, but yes I did! I always keep it topped off.
