Alright, I'm in the process of taking off the windshield cowels so I can paint them and I can't get them past the wipers. How do I remove the wipers???

 

Where the wipers meet the cowl there is a little metal tab you pull out a little bit then the wipers pull off. There are little metal keys on the wipers arms make sure you don't lose them because that are what lines the wipers up so they are in the right spot sometimes they stay in place sometimes they don't
