Window Switch Fix #2
So I followed the window switch thread on how to clean the contacts and i ran into another problem that maybe others might have had and never noticed.
Problem #1
The black piece you see in the picture if you notice there is three small black spring pieces coming out of it...well look closely and you will see one of those either broke off or just had been worn down so it wasnt clicking.
Problem number #2 was the brass?/copper? piece which connects to the contacts just were not responding at all so i switched them with the one in the rear passenger switch, as i rarely have anyone in the back and i can roll it down for them if i do. I imagine the back switch module is a hell of a lot cheaper than the big one on the drivers side.
Just thought id put that out there in case anyone tries cleaning the contact like i did but doesnt look at any of the other pieces!
Maybe im just stating the obvious but now you know if you didnt!

here is another picture of the 2 pieces I am talking about. Notice the one is slanted and slightly shorter. The white piece is the rear window switch i put it into. (taking it from the black piece, which was the drivers switch)
