Hi guys

I have a question.
Just got a nice deal with a 2006 F150 5.3l with a bad PCM.
The original PCM for this truck is:
6U7Z-12A650-DKB
6L3Z-12A650-BPARM

I talked to a supplier of used PCMs and he offered me this one 6U7A-12A650-DKB that it will come programmed for my truck and already with the vin number.
I wanted to know if this is really true or will have I have any issues using this PCM on my truck
