Will not start........
Well I have a build thread here somewhere but basically it is a 2006 Roush with a complete built up 5.4 supercharged. All new injectors and coils. I was going to start the tuning after the mods and now it won't start. It started first time after the engine was replaced and i installed the base tune. Now it turns over fine but will not start. I checked the injectors and coils with a noid and it they firs. I then thought fuel. i replaced the FPMU the fuel pump the fuel filter. When you turn the key the pump kicks on but the truck still will not start. I'm at a loss. there is also no schrader valve on these to check fuel pressure. What is strange is that it ran fine and then just didn't.........
Pull a coil and check it for spark? That really sucks there is no valve to check pressure. Pull the plumbing before the fuel rail and rig it up to your tester. You can get the adapters from the tool truck.
If I had to take a shot in the dark I'd guess ignition judging from the post. If your not getting spark bust out the power probe and watch the PWM of the crank and cam sensors. If you are and getting pressure then you might have to yank a plug out and see if there is any fuel in the chambers maybe. You say you checked them with a noid so i mean you should be getting fuel in there if you have pressure.

I don't think I have pressure. Before the pump was replaced (as well as the FPMU) I squirted fuel into the TB it started. Ran for one second. Remember it's supercharged so it's not like squirting fuel down an old carb. Anyway, that's what lead to the fuel work. First did the FPMU then checked the filter is was clogged. I could hardly blow through it. So then did the pump. Now it still won't run and no codes. It seems like no fuel still..........................
I did order a take off FRPS for $45. Just to throw at it. I do not have a new style FP gauge. I only have the old style.
