I've actually been on a silverado forum and they have misfire, rough idle, and shudders too. Actually in all car forums, many topics are about their engines having trouble. It's because the people who join these forums are mostly fanatics, people who mod their cars, and people having issues with their cars. Most people with f150s probably have never been on an f150 forum because they have no need to.

Yes. There are two types of people who typically join automotive forums. Enthusiasts (usually the high post-counts) and people with car trouble (usually only pop in and out looking for diagnosis).

Its on all car forums, its one big base of knowledge for people searching for answers. Especially in these hard economy times people look to fix their vehicles themselves rather than paying someone to do it.
