I want to replace these horrible, uncomfortable seats. There flat as a wood plank, no bolstering and hard as a rock.

My problem is that nobody seems to have done a swap. I have no idea what to do with the integrated shoulder harness.

I have looked at other models but they look like the exact same seat with a new skin.

I would welcome any advice from people how have done the swap.
