White smoke!
I have an 05 Screw / w 5.4 and for sometime it's had a slight sporatic
miss. Today while driving on the interstate it started stumbling bad and
blowing white smoke. Would sticking injectors cause this ?

Three possible ways to determine if you have a blown head gasket and/or water leak into cylinders:
1) Take the truck to a shop that can perform a pressure test on the coolant system (best and highly recommended).
2) Remove one spark plug at a time, looking for one that will be "squeeky clean"; this is is the area the head gasket is blown, as water turns to steam, and cleans the plug. If you have not had the plugs changed to the newer style, and you have a 5.4 V8, this may not be the best way, as you may break a plug removing them.
3) Remove the oil dip stick and see if the oil looks light or "milky". This indicates water is getting past the rings and into the crankcase.
Another way was to remove the radiator cap and run the engine, looking for bubbles in the radiator when the thermostat opened up. Our trucks don't have a radiator cap anymore, so this will not work.
Get the coolant system pressure checked ASAP.
