There are actually a LOT of people who's done that. If you just look up "headlights" or "blacked out trucks" you'll see hundreds of pics of them...

So you remove them, put them in a oven for 5-10 min at 200-250* and then?
Pry them open? I would like to do this once i can find a Saleen grill.
And how do you go about putting them back together silicon?

I believe that to be the accepted method. I'm going to try it tomorrow maybe. If I don't get a new truck that is.

Yep id do it 250 for 10 and when you put them back together use clear or black weatherproof silicone to seal them back up ill finally put mine back together tomorrow i got held up because i ran out of paint and this small town had nomore....and when you pry open one corner the rest should be able to pull apart just make sure you dont pull against clips or youll be pulling all night to no seperation ha
