My grandfather is giving me his 09 F150 it's a super cab with a 5.4 Triton motor and I'm looking for suggestions on things such as mods to add power, wheels and tires, suspension, led light bars, led headlights, led tail lights, aftermarket audio, and advice on certain things I should watch out for and preventive maintenance (things I can change out now so I don't have to worry about it later).

 

I would probably start in the 09 section.
