Where does this lower cowl connect to?

Default Where does this lower cowl connect to?
Keeps coming undone. I don't see any holes for the push fasteners to go into.

It covers the bottom of the engine compartment, from the front to the front crossmember. Mine is torn and came off a lot, I just made new holes and zip tied it.

I found the holes after lots of feeling around...giggidy


I ended up doing the same and using zip ties to secure it. Thanks!
