Fuel filter is another story haha. Let's just say my phone (touchscreen) now has a custom gas filed back ground that changes as I tilt the phone...CUSTOM!

Find someone who does a proper flush. Flushing fluid back words through the valve body (the way you describe) only creates issues with buildup getting stuck in the check areas and tiny orifices. Flushing it through the tranny using the tranny pump flushes it the correct way/direction to avoid any complications from the previous way.
