My 2007 has 107000 and my idler pulley just started squeaking so I'll be replacing mine soon.

I think as long as they're quiet, you can leave them alone. I've got 117K on mine so far and I'll replace them when they start to squeak.

Some of the pulleys take a part number 6203 rs bearing. You can find it at fastenal or order it online for around $2.
I'd say replace the whole auto belt tensioner assembly if that pulley bearing is crunchy or not rolling smooth when the belt off and you spun it by hand..
If you spin any pulley by hand and it doesn't keep spinning for several rotations on its own than it's time to replace the bearing..

I'll have to pull my belt off again and inspect them. I'm actually still on my original belt as well. I took it off recently and it looked amazingly good so I put it back on. I do like the bearing replacement idea though since I am a money saving enthusiast. Haha.

Smile How about every 250,000 or so?

Just a quick chuckle here. I basically agree with @Rick's 06 ---- but it has gotten completely RIDICULOUS on my '04. It's got 210,000 on it with all idlers AND the belt original. Wouldn't actually recommend that for anyone else, but I have inspected the belt (no cracks) and amazingly all idlers spin quiet. However, I plan to replace everything when I do an impending timing job on it.

Cheers

250k on my old girl and everything on the engine is original (minus the plugs of course!), timing components included. If it ain't broke don't fiddle!
