I'm glad you posted this thread because I have the exact same setup and truck. I had a small fender bender at take off but luckily my tires stick out a couple inches so no damage other than knocking my wheel out of place. My wheel sat to the right for about a week until I went over a bad stretch of pot holes and miraculously my wheel was back to almost perfect. I've had it alligned 3 times in 6 weeks after lift and tire installation but it still moves on me.

Just FYI 04-08 does not have a pitman arm since we have rack and pinion steering. It could be something with your rack. Your inner ball joint could be worn out.
