Default Wheel Tire Help Needed

any/all help would be greatly appreciated!!!

So I am very very new to wheels/rims/tires and seem just to become more and more confused the more information I get.

I have a 2007 F-150 with factory 18" wheels.

I found a pair of Wheels and Tires that I was told will fit but I don't want to go buy these and them end up not fitting and me just out of the money.

This is what I'm looking at buying:
GEAR ALLOY® - 737V CHALLENGER Bright PVD (18" x 9", -12 Offset, 6x139.7 Bolt Pattern, 108 mm Hub more details on - https://www.carid.com/gear-alloy-whe...-17824191.html

with Toyo Open country 33×12.5 on them. It looks like I need the 18" offset and these are -12 offset.

So ultimately my question is: Will these fit on my truck or will I need some adapter/spacer and if that's the case, could you let me know what I would need?

Those have the wrong bolt pattern... they will not fit. You need 6 on 135 bolt pattern.. I believe those are Chevy wheels.. and -12 offset will not work for you either with a stock set up on the front end. You will need a level kit at least.

I found a pair of Wheels and Tires ...

Since you are new to wheels and tires, be aware that your your truck requires 4 wheels and tires, not just two...

.

But what Techrep said above, those wheels you reference are the wrong bolt pattern and wrong offset...
