Default wheel switch

I recently bought an '04 F-150 that has 255/65R17 wheels/tires. Can I put a set of 265/60R18 wheels and tires on it with any modifications?

you should be alright. but i would check from lock to lock. we had 305/40/20 and we only rubbed a-little. so it should be ok. but im not 100% positive.

Are you talking about stock 18s? If so, you'll be fine. Aftermarket you may need to check out the backspacing.
