I have an 05' Screw Lariat 4x4. What is the accordion looking piece the floor shifter is going through? Unable to upload a pic for some reason. Just want to know what that piece is called. Mine has a hole in it from the previous owner.

Sounds like you're describing the shift boot. I haven't seen any F150 specific aftermarket products, but I know there's plenty of universal ones, and I'm sure you can get it direct from Ford too.
