Whats the best programmer out at a REASONABLE cost
Im looking for a programmer that is worth every cent of it's money. I know it can only do so much with a gas truck but im lookin to do as much as possible. I would like to hear of personal experiences with programmers, recommended programers, and where to get them. I need one that will adjust the speedometer for bigger tires.
