Default What is this? And where does it go?

I have an 08 with 139K milles and the 4.6. I had it up on the lift the other day and saw this tube. I'm not a tech, but I can most like put it back in place if I knew just what it is. Thanks.

Looks like an evap system hose. It probably clips in above the rear differential. I think there are a few other lines that look just like it above there.
It's not the axle breather hose.

The other end connects to a cylinder right before the spare tire, but I'll try to find an open port for it if there is one.
