What size Universal Muffler??

What size Universal Muffler??
I can’t afford a full cat back exhaust right now so I’m going to settle for just a muffler right now. I was on the Magnaflow website looking at the universal mufflers. Does anyone know the size/specs of muffler I would need? All I'm changing is the Muffler itself.
The truck is a 06' Lincoln Mark LT 5.4L
Any specific recommendations would be great, I want a real good flowing muffler but I don’t want it too loud at all.
