What should I sell my truck for?
My friend asked if I wanted to sell me truck. The idea kind of made sense, but I'm not sure how much to ask. What do you guys think? The interior is basically new. The driver side door has two very small door dings. Various small scratches as well. Here are my mods: 2007 XLT Supercrew 4.6L with 31K
Harley Davidson Head Lights
Tinted Tail Lights and Third Brake Light
Black Westin Running Boards
K&N CAI
3” Auto Spring Leveling Kit
3” Performance Accessories Body Lift
17” Pro Comp Rims
35x12.5x17 Pro Comp Tires
Eclipse Radio
JL Audio Mid’s and High's
Stealth Woofer Box (Two 10" JL Subs)
Superchip
*******i don't know why i had a problem uploading the pics, but here is another link for pics:

I dont see the 4.6 killing his resale either, of course 5.4's go for a little more. What i see maybe hurting the resale is the rims and tinted tails and headlights, when you start modding the exterior to your tastes it becomes harder to sell as rarely will someone have the exact same tastes as you. I would look up the KBB value and start with that.

I was just going by the comparative prices around here between the same truck with either motor. 5.4's are 2-3grand more then the 4.6 trucks with the same options in this area. I paid 22000 cdn for my 06 xlt xtr 5.4 and the dealer had the exact same truck with the 4.6 for 19500. it even had less miles. to say the least that truck with the 4.6 is still on the lot for sale and all the new used stuff coming in is selling faster with the 5.4 then the 4.6

jas, i think with south florida being the way it is plus all the landscape buisnesses here you'll be able to get a decent resale. i would start at 20-22 and see what you can get. thing with florida is the f150's are very present here! can't go anywhere in west palm with out seeing at least ten to fifteen in a given trip
