What oil do you use in your truck?

I use motocraft 5w 20 synthetic with fl-820s motorcraft filter. Be kind to your ford and never use valvoline. I used to work for ATK engines cleaning heads and blocks. Nothing but sludge sludge and more effing sludge. My dad used valvoline religously and changed his oil regularly. He eventually got tired of buying engines.

Baby seal oil.
Used to use whale oil, but the thought of all those baby seal carcasses going to waste bothered me.
