Default What else should I replace?

Hey Guys, I am getting ready to change the upper and lower ball joints on my '05 King Ranch with 185,000 miles on it. Is there anything else that I should look at while I've got it torn apart? I just recently changed out my IWE's and the electronic solenoid on the firewall. Should I do the tie rod ends and wheel bearings at the same time? Just trying to save from having to tear it apart again in another 500 miles.
Thanks

If it were me thinking of my truck, I'd do all that you have mentioned with a couple of changes. I'd replace the front struts while I was in there and I would leave the wheel bearings alone.

Do the tierods, leave the bearings if you arent having issues.

I wouldn't do anything else unless it is worn or showing wear.

Control arm bushings, new struts if it sagging, INNER and outer tie rods, sway bar links and bushings... all the things that will effect your alignment that you'll want to get after this. Remember, if one does one side, the other side will be jealous! Take your time to clean things up and coat them if they aren't already done, it keeps rust and corrosion down.

I tore mine down at 179k and everything had wear. I did it all from CV's, to IWE, Hubs, I also put the Moog extra payload severe service control arms on while I was at it.
