Default what a difference

what a difference disconnecting a battery and resetting the computer does. On my 08 FX2 since I got it back in Oct. I have noticed slight hesitations and what seemed to be weird shift points under throttle. So yesterday I decided to disconnect the battery and go thru the reset process. I have noticed better acceleration and none of those weird shifts. I hope its not just all in my head, but i Believe it cleared it out all the bugs that I had LOL...

in the owners manual under battery(replacement) tells you to run it until normal temp., then turn ac on for 1 min. then drive for 10 miles.

yes seriously!!!! I thought it was weird until I read up on it! I also left out the part that when you are done yo uneed to run around the truck 10 times in a counterclock-wise fashion while carrying 10 lite sparklers in each hand while reciting the pledge of allegence...nawwww just that part up
