Got an alignment today and the right front ball joint in the LCA is bad. Firestone wanted $500 to press in a new ball joint but I have an extra moog ball joint in my garage Ill press in myself.

So the lower ball joint is replaceable but the top is not? I assumed both had to be replaced.

Lower ball joints can be pressed out of the lower control arm. I got lazy and didn’t replace it because it is a pain but now I’m having to do it anyways. All other suspension components have been replaced previously

I never let my gas tank get below 1/8, and I try to fill it up at 1/4.

Thats smart. It’s not good to run low. Last year I was getting 14-15 mpg. I’m good now.....

I painted the black trim, added the filler panel, and added 2 dual USB charger ports. I need to find a 12v power outlet and cap.

I'm gathering up parts to add an inverter. I will have this Ford factory 110v plug in here on the back of the console and possibly a main inverter power switch here also. And, adding a weather proof 110v plug in in the bed of the truck. Just got to workout the details of the whole system and wire routing.

I had 4 wheel parts go through the entire suspension and torque everything this weekend. What a difference it made. No more noise coming from the suspension and it drives way better.

I re-attached the damn butt joint on my exhaust... since it decided to come apart while I was driving down a very busy four lane road yesterday. Laying on concrete in 102 felt degree weather SUCKS, especially when cars are whizzing by on both sides (I pulled into the center turn lane).

How'd you go from 14 - 15 to 18.9? I've been struggling just to keep 15 highway mpg.
