Default Weird RPMs and thump.....

My 04 has 97000 miles on it and has been acting funny the past few months. The rpms are constantly jumping around while on the throttle and at a 50 mph cruise with the foot off the gas, i hear a loud thump (almost like its slamming back in gear) when i go to hit the gas again. While getting on the interestate and downshifting, it seems to miss and hesitate alot. I mean, im hitting the gas and it almost seems to lose some power. Any ideas? Anyone else with the same thing. I am going to take it by the dealer next week.

I suggest getting them changed out.. it sounds like others thay have had issues with plug failure... look at the plug stickie.... lots of good info on there and different descriptions of what happens when one fails...
