Weird noise comming from front passenger side!

Weird noise comming from front passenger side!
So this is the deal, when I accelerate and am driving there is no noise. But whenever I am breaking there is a noise that almost sounds like a rubber squeaking noise. Anyone got any thoughts as to what it could be?
