Default Weird noise can't figure out

Hey guys I have a problem with my 2005 f150 king ranch 5.4. I've been having a noise when I've let the truck sit overnight. It sounds like a powersteering pump whine almost I have replaced the tensioner pulley both idlers and the alternator to no fix. Also the noise kinda goes away when the truck is complety warm although I can here a whine during wot and it kinda stumbles right before it shifts kinda like a shudder. I have a video of the noise during the morning any help greatly appreciated I'll put video on YouTube and link it here http://youtu.be/Q6Y8AmFA8uw

I don't know it sounds like it's coming from the engine. Had my buddy brake stand it with the e brake on and kinda sounds like it's coming from the fan clutch
