So when turn right or crank it left I hear a noise like a thin peice of metal is dragging against the wheel and I got under my truck and checked everything out and am clueless it only comes from my drivers side front wheel. I did replace the bearing thinking it would solve the issue but I still have the noise.

Brake wear metal hitting at certain angles?

 

Could be I put some new ones on last year and it did it for awhile but went away
