Default Weird heat problem

Have noticed that since I bought my '04 that it does not feel like there is any floor het blowing. The defroster and dash vents are fine but I feel very little if any heat thought the floor vents even when set just to floor. In my last truck, I could just about melt my shoes but this one, I could put my milkshake down there and not worry about it melting.
Anybody else seen this problem?

have you checked your coolant? how long does it take for your truck to reach normal temp? do you have the digital hvac or the manual? i know on the manual ones, there is a problem with the blend door actuator going bad and also the control panel in some instances.

After considering what you bring up, I think it could be the actuator. I can hear a squeak when you transition between the dash and the floor.

Ahhhh, another one of these...

Ive seen many, there is foam in the heater box and it falls down into the blend door and screws it up.

you have to pull the dash to fix it sorry

That sounds like it sucks. Maybe I will just let it be.
