Default this is weird

so I only got high beams because the previous owner cut one of the plugs to make the low and high beam work. so on the truck the one plug is cut on the left side lol idk what was wrong with the guy but he did it so what should i do to make them high and low?

Was a single wire cut, or the entire plug? Can you post a pic of what is cut? Maybe can you just splice it back together where is was cut?

its the hole plug can i cut the other side from the head light and splice them?

the two wires into a plug are really thin and the plug is what makes them high and lows instead of just highs

It sounds like you don't know what you're doing.....I don't mean that in a bad way...try taking it by an auto parts store and see if they can help you.
